But let’s face it… sometimes plain water is boring. That’s where the flavoring fun comes in! Jazz up that glass of water with a sparking water replacement, and an added essence of some seasonal fruits and herbs.

Next time you’re in your spa, try out some of these ideas to add a flavorful punch to your beverage. Mix all flavor combinations with 4 cups of cold water and let sit for at least 1-2 hours in the fridge (or preferably overnight).

    1 sliced cucumber + 8 mint leaves + 4 cups of water
  3. Strawberry Lemon
    15 sliced strawberries + 1 sliced lemon + 4 cups of water
  4. Mango Pineapple
    1 sliced mango + 1 cup chopped pineapple + 4 cups of water
  5. Watermelon Basil
    2 cups chopped watermelon + 15 mint leaves + 4 cups of water
  6. Orange Blueberry
    1 sliced orange + 1 cup of blueberries + 4 cups of water
  7. Strawberry Mint
