How Do I Place An Order?

We want you to feel as secure as possible buying through Dream Maker Spas, therefore we offer a few different ways to place an order: Order online! - When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24 hours a day. Call us! - Our sales and service team is ready to place your order over the phone. What Are My Payment Options?

Credit Cards - We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details. Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.

Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address (if you have one) so that we, along with the shipping company, can contact you with any questions we might have.

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.


Order Confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Order Confirmation from Dream Maker" and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may easily and conveniently print a receipt for the order via My Account.


Sales Tax

One of the best things about buying online through Dream Maker is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with the exception of Florida: orders shipping to Florida will be subject to a sales tax. Dream Maker is not responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state's regulations before you shop. Note to customers shipping to Colorado: Pursuant to Colorado law, the purchaser is required to file a sales or use tax return, and may be required to pay sales or use tax on certain items.


Return Policy

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new Dream Maker Spa you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a full refund of the purchase price less the transportation cost to return the spa to our factory in Lake Mary Florida.

All returned Spas are subject to a $150 inspection and restocking fee.


Terms & Conditions

Dream Maker Spas delivers anywhere within the U.S. 48 contiguous states only, where surface delivery is permitted. Unfortunately we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.  New spas are delivered to your location by freight truck. Parts and supplies are delivered using UPS, which is added to your bill at checkout. You will have an option to select standard delivery or a faster option for your parts, accessories or supply delivery. Read our additional Terms and Conditions.



Delivery of your new Dream Maker Spa is contracted through various 3rd party transportation specialists and transit time will vary depending on geographical location. It is always best to allow 3 weeks transit time from the day your spa is picked up from the factory until it arrives at your home.
